Recipients are selected based on expertise, transactional experience and the standing of the dealmaker among her clients, colleagues, peers and the industry.
The award ceremony accompanied the 2025 M&A Atlas Awards, where Province also received the Distressed M&A Deal of the Year award for its work on the restructuring of Express.
