Province is pleased to announce that Eric Uva has joined the firm as a Partner in the Office of the CFO (OCFO) practice. In this role, Eric will work with private equity sponsors, boards, and management teams on finance leadership, performance improvement, liquidity management, transaction execution, and other complex business situations.
With more than 20 years of experience as a private equity investor, portfolio company CFO, and advisor, Eric brings a distinctive combination of private equity perspective, finance leadership and hands-on operating experience. He has served as CFO of multiple private equity-backed companies and has held leadership roles spanning finance transformation, performance improvement, M&A integration, liquidity management, and transaction readiness.
Throughout his career, Eric has partnered with sponsors, boards, and executive teams to improve financial performance, strengthen visibility into cash and operations, and build scalable finance organizations. His experience includes leading turnaround and transformation initiatives, supporting major acquisitions and integrations, overseeing refinancings, and helping companies prepare for growth, investment or exit.

Before joining Province, Eric founded ClearPoint Advisory. He previously led performance improvement, finance transformation, and interim management engagements at PwC Strategy& and Alvarez & Marsal. Earlier in his career, he managed a six-company, $1.2 billion private equity portfolio at American Capital and advised clients on restructuring, M&A and capital markets transactions at Jefferies.
