Mr. Ripke has 15 years of experience in FP&A, business intelligence and leadership across multiple industries including ed tech, travel and tourism, childcare, sports nutrition and experiential education. As an experienced finance leader, he has guided teams with broad functional experience, including forecasting, strategic planning, systems integration, foreign exchange and managerial accounting.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Ripke served as the business intelligence lead for a prominent ed tech company, providing forward-looking guidance by strengthening the forecasting and analysis functions within the office of the COO. Additionally, he has led succession planning, M&A transactions and growth initiatives for a variety of small businesses as both a fractional CFO and full-time executive leader.
