Ilinca Feliciano has experience in engineering consulting, technical design, and
project execution within the mining industry. With her civil engineering background, she has worked on mine infrastructure development, stormwater management, construction quality assurance, and project coordination. Ilinca combines strong technical expertise with emerging leadership experience, having successfully led and mentored interns and new professionals while delivering complex engineering designs and supporting client-focused solutions.
Prior to joining Province Ilinca was an Engineer I with NewFields Mining Design and Technical Services, where she was working with clients and contractors within the mining industry on-site and in-office. There she was exposed to the entire life cycle of mining infrastructure development — starting with in-house technical design, pre-feasibility through final report submittals, supporting active heavy civil construction, and reporting as-built regulatory compliance documentation for state submittals.
