A results-oriented financial professional, Mr. Kravitz has years of experience in the areas of corporate reorganization, acquisitions, dispositions and dispute resolution with the IRS and other government agencies. Mr. Kravitz’s ability to soundly analyze complex business data and identify comprehensive business options make him an excellent addition to the Province team.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Kravitz served in a myriad of leadership roles across various organizations. While working for Sun Company, a Fortune 25 international energy corporation, he became the youngest Chief Tax Officer in the oil and gas industry. Additionally, he served as a Shareholder Representative and Board Member of Helios Capital Corporation, a leasing and secured lender whose assets exceeded $2 billion. During his time with Helios Capital, he planned and oversaw the firm’s dissolution and liquidation. Mr. Kravitz’s other past experience includes Official Counsel to Blank Rome Comisky & McCauley, Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, President of the Philadelphia Chapter of Tax Executives Institute and Chairman of the General Committee on Taxation for the American Petroleum Institute.
Outside of the office, Mr. Kravitz enjoys staying involved with his community and formally served as an Executive Board Member for the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey.
