Mr. Nouri is a Managing Director at Province and is responsible for new business development with an emphasis on serving private equity and financial sponsor clients. He has over 15 years of experience in various leveraged finance roles, including originations, debt capital markets, underwriting and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Nouri was a Senior Vice President at PNC Business Credit where he focused on sourcing, structuring and executing credit investments in support of private equity led buyouts, turnarounds and recapitalizations. Before that, he worked at Regions Financial in various capacities across business development and underwriting. In his role at Regions, he was selected as one of the Secured Finance Networks '40 Under 40' recipients for their inaugural class of 2016. Prior to his role at Regions, Mr. Nouri was a graduate of General Electric’s Experienced Commercial Leadership Program where he rotated across different divisions of GE Capital, including Capital Markets, Commercial Distribution Finance and Structured Finance.
Mr. Nouri has a master’s in economics from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, an MBA in finance from George Washington University and a B.S. in management from George Mason University.
