Hayden Quigley

Mr. Quigley is an investment banking professional with experience advising institutional clients on complex financial and strategic transactions, with a particular focus on credit-intensive and distressed situations. Prior to joining Province, he served as an Associate at Odeon Capital Group, where he supported restructuring advisory and special situations mandates in addition to traditional M&A and capital raising engagements. At Odeon, Mr. Quigley executed detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses—including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses—to assess capital structures and strategic alternatives for clients facing liquidity challenges or pursuing growth capital. He developed restructuring analyses such as debt capacity models, recovery and valuation scenarios, and liquidity forecasts, and he prepared confidential information memoranda, investor presentations, and internal memoranda to support negotiations with lenders, bondholders, and prospective buyers. He also worked with management teams and legal advisors to evaluate refinancing options, recapitalizations, and debt-for-equity exchanges, ensuring recommendations were aligned with client objectives.

Previously, Mr. Quigley was an Analyst at Akin Bay Company, a middle-market investment banking and advisory firm. In this role, he assisted in the valuation of middle-market companies and participated in all stages of transaction execution, including sell-side and buy-side mandates. He conducted financial and operational analyses, prepared marketing materials, and supported negotiations across industry-agnostic transactions, gaining broad exposure to strategic alternatives and transaction dynamics. Mr. Quigley graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York University and hold a Bachelors in Economics.
