Devon Sandler has a strong foundation in financial advisory restructuring services, with deep experience in building and analyzing liquidity positions based on sophisticated cash flow models. Prior to joining Province, Devon was a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting, focusing on corporate turnarounds and restructurings. She has experience with in-court insolvency proceedings representing debtors and unsecured creditor committees in large and mid-size bankruptcy cases, as well as experience in out-of-court restructurings. She regularly represents debtors, committees, fiduciaries, and other significant parties in and out of court proceedings. Devon’s experience has spanned multiple industries, including retail, energy, healthcare and manufacturing.
