Dean Azzawe supports engagements advising companies and creditor groups on in-court and out-of-court restructurings. His work involves financial modeling, liquidity forecasting, recovery and waterfall analyses, and reviews of financial records and transaction data.
Prior to joining Province, Dean built a foundation through internships in corporate finance at Microsoft, external audit at PwC, and strategic finance at TigerGraph, a graph analytics software company.
Dean holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he also served as a financial analyst intern in the Office of the CFO during his senior year. Above all, Dean enjoys building relationships and bringing a creative, quantitative approach to ambiguous problems.
