Christie Welsh, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, joins Province as VP, People & Organization. With more than a decade of experience leading global talent management and people strategy initiatives across technology and professional services industries, Christie brings deep expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and performance enablement.
Before joining Province, Christie served as Director of People & Culture at Secure Code Warrior, where she designed and implemented global career frameworks, competency models, and performance systems that strengthened talent capability and aligned people strategy with business goals. She previously led the People function at Arete Incident Response, where she built the company’s first global People infrastructure and strategy to support rapid international growth. Earlier in her career, Christie held talent management and HR business partner roles supporting a $5B global segment at L3Harris Technologies, where she led talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance enablement initiatives.
Christie holds a Master’s degree in Leadership & Negotiation and is certified as a SHRM-SCP, GPHR, and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect. She is passionate about building high-impact people strategies that strengthen culture, accelerate business performance, and empower leadership excellence across all levels.
