Mr. Groth has more than 12 years of professional experience providing quantitative analysis and research to various industries. He provides litigation support services and has investigated insider trading and conflicting business relationships of international firms accused of fraudulent accounting.
Mr. Groth has analyzed M&A activity for over 1,300 companies to categorize opportunities for transaction services and gain insight into regional patterns. He also targeted opportunities for restructuring support by tracking bulk industry data to identify and monitor energy companies sliding toward insolvency.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Groth was a senior consultant in Protiviti’s Restructuring and Litigation Services practice. He previously served as the Director of Strategic Operations at xG Health, where he used data analytics to help healthcare providers transition from fee-for-service to value-based-care. Mr. Groth was also a Director at Morgan Stanley, where he managed operations teams in Fixed Income Derivatives. He has considerable experience in utilizing data and technology to drive cost reduction initiatives.
