As an Analyst, Mr. Austin assists senior-level management with the preparation for all activities associated with M&A engagements. This preparation can include anything from financial modeling, industry research, material development and transactional process management.
Previously, Mr. Austin served as a Finance & Accounting Intern at Magna International, a Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturer based in Troy, MI. He is a recent graduate from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance.
