Pat has been active as a financial consultant, crisis manager and turnaround advisor to under-performing businesses for over 40 years. He is recognized as an expert in the fields of strategic advisory services, corporate reorganization, debt restructuring, turnaround consulting, due diligence support, valuation, M&A, and litigation support. He has been approved by the U.S. Department of Justice to act as a court-appointed receiver for numerous operating companies. Pat is also the CEO of Grow Michigan, a mezzanine fund providing growth capital to the Michigan Small Business Community.
