Province is proud to share that Boris Steffen, Managing Director, will become President of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) at the upcoming AIRA Bankruptcy & Restructuring Conference, taking place June 3–5 at the Loew’s Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. He will also continue serving as a valued member of AIRA’s Board of Directors. AIRA is a leading organization dedicated to advancing the knowledge and expertise of professionals in insolvency and restructuring.
Boris brings a wealth of experience to this role and currently serves as a Managing Director within Province’s corporate restructuring and litigation services practices. He is widely recognized for his expertise in accounting, finance, valuation, solvency and damages analyses. Over the course of his career, Boris has led complex investigations, provided expert testimony, and advised stakeholders on high-stakes disputes involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings exceeding $240 billion. He holds many professional credentials including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certificate in Distressed Business Valuation (CDBV), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
