Mr. Arosemena brings investment banking experience across multiple practices to the Province team. Prior to joining Province, Mr. Arosemena worked as a summer analyst at Scotiabank’s Global Banking & Markets division in New York within the media & telecom coverage group. While there, he focused on cross-border transactions and digital infrastructure assets. He also gained experience in regional DCM and energy coverage at Banco General in Panama City, working on underwritings of bespoke financings. Additionally, Mr. Arosemena worked at Vermilion Rock Advisors in M&A origination and advisory, covering niche manufacturing verticals and lower middle market opportunities.
Mr. Arosemena graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance. He also served for two academic years as a teaching assistant for the largest finance course at the university.
