Mr. Kravitz is a co-founder of the firm and serves as its Chief Relationship Officer.
In his 30 plus years of professional services experience, he has developed a national reputation for fiduciary roles with a specific focus in wind-down situations with a strong track record of maximizing recoveries. Throughout his numerous engagements, he has consistently driven recoveries past previously disclosed waterfalls, led affirmative recoveries of over a billion dollars and orchestrated over $15 billion dollars in claim reductions.
Mr. Kravitz also has a robust practice serving as an Independent Board Member for complex transactions such as the Petsmart/Chewy IPO which gave the company a valuation of roughly $14 billion on its first day, Boardriders for its Liability Management Transaction and subsequent $1.25 billion sale to Authentic Brands, and other notable names like Sable Permian, Mesquite Energy, Scientific Drilling, Shimmick Construction (as Lead Director of a public company) and Heritage Grocers.
He regularly services in interim management roles, particularly as a Chief Restructuring Officer. His success in cross-border engagements like Nextpoint (Liberty Tax), 5E Advanced Minerals, and Canadian Overseas Petroleum underpinned his award as the 2025 M&A Restructuring Professional of the Year.
Additionally, Mr. Kravitz serves as an advisor to lenders, creditor and equity groups. These experiences give him a unique perspective of having led engagements from “every seat at the restructuring table”.
Prior to founding Province, he served as Executive Vice President of Business Affairs to the largest privately held RV dealership group ($475+ million in annual revenues). Mr. Kravitz undertook a prominent industry-wide role reshaping manufacturer-dealer agreements, forced a repurchase of entire aging inventories, ensured financial compliance practices, and managed an industry-wide restructuring in 2009.
In his prior life as “big firm” commercial litigator and American Lawyer Top 100 Law Firm Partner, he earned a preeminent AV rating and was selected as a “Super Lawyer” for Bankruptcy, Litigation and Trusts.
