Aaron Kash

Mr. Kash brings a rigorous analytical approach and innovative perspective to the Province team, supported by experience in restructuring and financial advisory. In his prior role, he focused on maximizing recoveries for unsecured creditors across complex Chapter 11 cases spanning industries including energy, retail, distribution, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Province, Mr. Kash was part of Berkeley Research Group, where he advised Unsecured Creditor Committees on multiple high-profile engagements. His experience includes building recovery analyses, evaluating capital structures, and developing litigation strategies to enhance creditor outcomes. He supported core UCC workstreams, including preparing committee materials, conducting claims reconciliations, and evaluating debtor business plans.

Notably, his experience on TPI Composites included contributing to a multi-entity waterfall analysis and assessing value allocation across the capital structure, which supported the successful challenge of Oaktree’s Preferred Stock Uptier transaction and resulted in an ~$18M recovery for unsecured creditors.
