Mr. Berman has significant experience in corporate finance and has worked on a variety of transactions including corporate debt structuring, amendments, M&A financing and advisory, recapitalizations, capital structure advisory, working capital solutions, and liquidity solutions, among many others. His experience has been industry agnostic, working with both domestic and international corporates to advise them on financing solutions best tailored to fit client needs.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Berman worked at J.P. Morgan as a Middle Market Banking Analyst where he focused on origination, structuring, due diligence, and ongoing advisory for companies between $20 Million and $2 Billion in revenue. In addition to his experience at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Berman held internships at Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and at an alternative investment firm focused on publicly traded debt instruments.
