Mr. Strickler has over 14 years of experience assisting in various facets of corporate restructuring and litigation and financial investigation. He assists debtors, creditor committees, and management in accounting, litigating, and claims-related issues. He also provides various non-bankruptcy financial consulting services. Some of the industries he has worked in include retail, restaurant, manufacturing, real estate, communications, and healthcare.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Strickler has for most of his career been focused in the field of corporate restructuring regarding litigation, claims disputes, budgeting, and asset recovery. He also has assisted in writing expert reports and prepared supporting schedules for various litigation matters, including avoidance actions, valuations, royalty disputes, and fraud investigations. Based on one engagement he worked on, he co-authored a case study included in the ACFE book entitled “Computer Fraud Casebook: The Bytes that Bite.”
