Mr. Bowser is a financial executive with 25 years of financial management experience across a variety of sectors including agriculture, manufacturing, mining, professional services, real estate and technology. His calm, driven approach to solving business challenges has allowed him to guide companies through major changes such as merger integration, divestitures, ERP implementation, major contract negotiation, capital restructuring and bankruptcy, among others. At Province, Mr. Bowser provides significant value increase to private ownership groups by assisting them with due diligence support, acquisition integration and debt restructuring.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Bowser served as CFO and VP of Finance at multiple companies ranging in size from $50 million to $500 million. He has many notable achievements in the areas of financial planning & modeling, risk management, contract planning & administration and restructuring. As CFO for Krystal Koach, Mr. Bowser stabilized cash flow for a company that had lost over half of its revenue during the great recession of 2009. As a result, the smaller but sustainable company sold for $20 million higher than initial estimates. Furthermore, while working as CFO of an aerospace company owned by a private equity firm, Mr. Bowser successfully turned the money-losing company into a profitable one in less than 18 months.
