Prior to joining Province, Mr. Rosales was an Investment Banking Associate at Antarctica Advisors, where he focused on M&A in the food and agribusiness sectors. Before transitioning to finance, he began his career as an engineer at GE Healthcare, contributing to product development in medical imaging technologies. Mr. Rosales earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
