A pivotal contributor to Province’s success, Mr. Dachelet helped build the firm since its infancy. Currently serving as a Principal and General Counsel, he has spent years holding a variety of C-Suite roles for various Province clients, including Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Dachelet’s vast experience in litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate management has enabled him to successfully lead both stable and distressed companies through trying economic times. He has distinguished experience in representing debtors and creditors in distressed situations, managing billions of dollars in diversified assets through a myriad of business challenges. In the last decade alone, Mr. Dachelet has managed over $2 Billion in M&A and real estate transactions for the various Province clients served.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Dachelet was a Director at the Phoenix-based law firm Fennemore Craig, P.C., an NLJ 250 law firm and one of Phoenix’s oldest and most prestigious firms. Practicing in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights group, his work focused primarily on creditors’ rights litigation, financial litigation, real estate litigation, and other complex business litigation. Before joining Fennemore, Mr. Dachelet co-founded his own boutique litigation firm, where he was regularly recognized in Superlawyers (2008, 2009, 2011, 2012), and in 2010, he was named as one of “Southern Nevada’s Top 100 Attorneys” by Nevada Business Magazine.
