Province is excited to announce four Employee Achievement Award winners for Q1 2023. These employees display an exemplary commitment to one or more of the Province core values and remain dedicated to strengthening their teams and our organization.
Congratulations to Raul Busto for winning the Excellence Award. This award is given to individuals who demonstrate the Province value of Excellence by committing to quality and service, staying up-to-date on industry trends and producing accurate and timely work. Raul’s nominator shared that “Raul has been consistently outstanding since he joined the firm. It is a testament to his impressive development and maturity that he continues to comfortably outperform the increasingly higher expectations of him. He is reliable, polite, and above all, professional. Province’s future is bright indeed with team members like Raul on board.”
Congratulations to Blaine DeLuca for winning the Innovation Award. This award is given to individuals who demonstrate the Province value of Innovation by taking initiative and using creativity and forward thinking to problem solve. Blaine’s nominator shared that “Blaine is committed to building a positive and collaborative culture at Province. He has taken the lead on improving the support team’s efficiency and reach by scheduling and leading “High Performance Collaboration” meetings, where team members develop strategies on how they can collectively influence and impact Province. Blaine’s leadership in the cultural arena has helped multiple ‘normally silenced’ voices be heard.”
Congratulations to Derrick Laton for winning the Leadership Award. This award is given to individuals who demonstrate the Province value of Leadership by being assertive, having an opinion and voicing it in a professional manner. Derrick’s nominator shared that “Derrick always makes time in his busy schedule to help with interviewing. On numerous occasions he has reached out and asked how he can help make the process run smoothly. Even when a candidate is for a different team, Derrick puts in his time and energy to find the perfect fit for Province.”
Congratulations to Boris Steffen for winning the Networking Award. This award is given to individuals who demonstrate the Province value of Networking by maintaining beneficial industry and client relationships and building new relationships based on trust and respect. Boris’ nominator shared that “Boris is an outstanding leader and representative of our firm. He is truly passionate about restructuring, has a voracious appetite for learning and consistently works to improve himself on a professional level. He makes a conscious effort to further awareness of the Province brand in the restructuring community and actively seeks out networking events and opportunities. From a marketing perspective, Boris is a true stand out; he has a positive, can-do attitude when asked to attend conferences and connect with potential business colleagues. Boris is committed to excellence in everything he does, and his unique skillset is a highly valued asset to have on the Province team.”
