He continuously and tenaciously delivered optimum results to entrepreneurs and growth companies by applying his key strengths to each engagement he worked on, resulting in superior outcomes, including industry-leading valuations, ideal transaction terms and best-in-class close rates. Mr. Maatougui has a track record of 10+ outstanding transactions valued at more than $2 billion.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Maatougui worked at Lightning Partners as an Investment Banking Analyst where he focused on deal execution, due diligence, and ongoing advisory for companies between $10 million and $50 million in recurring revenue. Before joining Lightning Partners, he worked at GP Bullhound in NYC where he advised tech-enabled technology companies.
