Mr. McElhannon has extensive experience in corporate financial advisory, specializing in tax restructurings, separations (carve-outs and spin-offs), and value creation across a wide range of industries. With over 9 years at EY and EYP, he has demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, business valuation, and transaction advisory services. Recently, he has developed proficiency in AI integration, enhancing financial processes and efficiency.
Most notably, Mr. McElhannon has worked with clients such as Humana, Johnson & Johnson, Novant Health, Syneos, Ingevity Corporation, Babcock Corporation, Revance Pharmaceuticals, Chick-fil-A, Rack Room, Baxter Healthcare, 3M, and Dow Chemical, among other multinational companies. He has a heavy focus on healthcare and life sciences, as well as industries like advanced manufacturing, chemicals, and industrials.
Prior to joining Province, he held senior positions at EY US LLP and served as an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, Inc. In these roles, he led significant projects in corporate finance consulting, managed international teams, and pioneered innovative financial models that significantly enhanced productivity and drove business expansion.
