Most recently, Jake worked as an Investment Banker at Bourne Partners, a healthcare-focused advisory firm, where he provided deal execution support on M&A transactions and financings across several key verticals, including pharma and pharma services. Prior to joining Bourne, Jake worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Davidson Capital Advisors, focusing on providing M&A, capital raising, and restructuring advisory services to companies across a variety of sectors.
Jake holds a M.S. in Management from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business. During his time at Southern Methodist, Jake gained valuable deal experience as a member of the SMU MBA Private Equity Fund, and as a Consultant for Surgical Automations, an innovative robotic surgery start-up using disruptive AI and ML technology to eliminate medical errors and enhance patient safety.
Jake also received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arkansas, Sam Walton College of Business, where he was a member of the Razorback Football Team.
