Province congratulates Managing Director, Boris Steffen, CPA, ASA, ABV, CDBV, CGMA on recently being elected to serve as Secretary for the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA), a nonprofit professional organization serving financial advisors, accountants, crisis managers, business turnaround consultants, lenders, investment bankers, attorneys, trustees and other individuals involved in the fields of business turnaround, restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency.

In addition to serving as AIRA Secretary, Boris also regularly contributes to and is published in the AIRA Journal, a quarterly publication containing professional papers, articles and commentary by professionals in the turnaround, bankruptcy, restructuring and related fields.
