Mr. Fernandez is a seasoned finance professional, with experience in debt structuring, leveraged finance syndications, and capital structure advisory. Throughout his career, he has helped raise billions in debt capital for the financing of various transactions, including corporate and sponsor-backed M&A, restructuring related exit financings, dividend recapitalizations, and other business initiatives for companies within the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Fernandez worked as an Associate within J.P. Morgan’s Leveraged Finance team, with a focus on domestic and cross-border leveraged loan and high yield bond syndications across the TMT sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maimi’s School of Business Administration and has experience in various finance seats through professional internships and university-related organizations.
