He has experience executing leveraged buy-outs, asset-backed loans and add-on acquisitions across various industries, including agriculture & industrial, financial services, retail & consumer products and technology.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. McLaren was an associate at Boston Holding Company, where he was responsible for originating, analyzing and managing private equity and debt investments in middle-market and lower middle-market businesses. He proudly possesses the core skills of advanced investment analysis and portfolio management, earning his designation as CFA Charterholder.
Outside of the office, Mr. McLaren is an active volunteer for Habit for Humanity International, an organization that builds strength, stability and self-reliance by helping families build and improve places to call home.
