Ms. Min has considerable experience providing financial advisory services to unsecured creditors and other creditor parties, including DIP financing lenders, in many bankruptcies. Ms. Min’s engagements span several industries, with a recent focus on retail, health, and energy. She’s prepared damage analyses and provided other litigation support in distressed company situations. Ms. Min has also performed analyses related to solvency opinions for avoidance actions.
Prior to joining the field of bankruptcy consulting, Ms. Min was a Manager in Protiviti’s Restructuring and Litigation Services group. In that role, she performed private company valuations of entities of various sizes and industries, and conducted estate and gift tax planning and charitable contributions reporting. She also performed sell-side valuation consulting and due diligence.
